I like what you done with the plastic around your peppers! I've got two of your mini peppers in the ground that aren't nearly as advanced as the ones in pots up on the deck (which have tons of tiny peppers!) I think I'll lay down some plastic around mine tomorrow to see if that helps speed them up and keep moisture in too since I use a seeper hose attached to the nearly empty rainbarrel- we need a good rain here too!
